  • Teaching Abroad

    Recruitment of Chinese teachers to take up employment abroad.
    In order to promote the teaching of Chinese language around the world as well as enhancing cultural exchange between the Chinese and foreign education system, we are carrying out long-term recruitment for teachers to teach Chinese language abroad. Teachers satisfying the following conditions should consider applying for a position:
    1. Good morals in ideology and ethics, and the potential to serve as role models;
    2. Healthy physical and psychological status, within the age of 45;
    3. Commitment to teaching, minimum 2 years teaching experience in colleges or secondary schools and teaching Chinese to foreigners, experience teaching foreign languages, history, philosophy, education or other professional disciplines in schools, experience as a Putonghua testing member;
    4. A or higher Putonghua levels in Grade 2;
    5. Ability to use foreign language(s) to carry out communication in daily life and work;
    6. Good capacity of adaptation and interpersonal communication skills;

    NOTE: “Chinese Language Capability Certificate for Teaching Foreign Language(s) (Senior)” (the former "Chinese Language Certificate for Teachers Teaching Foreigners”) is not necessary for an applicant, but an applicant may attach it (if any) for reference when submitting related materials.
